Each workout will be different. Everything will be adjusted for the individual needs of each person in the class!

Improve strength and conditioning for everyday activities

Longevity is designed for older individuals who want to improve strength and conditioning! There will be a significant focus on proper breathing strategies, good movement patterns, maintaining range of motion and building strength. The goal of this program is to stay strong for life!

All fitness levels welcome

We will focus on movement patterns first, meaning a hinge or bend, a squat (to a box or bench), pulling and pushing, and every day will include some balance work. We will also work on conditioning with low-impact exercises.The goal is to give each individual a great workout that works for them on that day!

Hour-long classes
