As a staff at Hygge Fitness, we set a goal of talking to every single member about their goals. Why? Because we’ll be able to help you accomplish them faster. And you know we’re all about numbers, so of course we’re keeping track.

- Bring up any challenges (so we can help solve them!).
- Tell us about recent accomplishments inside or outside the gym.
- Catch up and chat.
- Give us feedback.
- Ask how we can help your friends and family become healthier.
